Join us for an Inaugural Community Health Center Conference on August 17, 2017

Cleveland is celebrating National Health Center Week with an inaugural Community Health Center Conference this August and you are invited to attend the event!

The theme of the conference is The Role of Primary Care in Combating Opiate Addiction and it is being held on Thursday, August 17, 2017, from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., at the Tri-C Jerry Sue Thornton Center, 2500 East 22nd Street, Cleveland 44115.

You’ll hear from primary and specialty care clinicians, public health specialists, community advocates, and individuals in recovery, all of whom can help you better identify community resources and evidence based approaches for improving patient/client care.
