In August, 2008, Care Alliance turned a dream into reality by opening the doors of its social enterprise project, Avenue Dental Services (ADS).  Avenue Dental Services is a result of a Community Wealth Ventures program, assisting nonprofits in developing a business that will in turn provide additional revenue to the organization.

Avenue Dental Services' Team is led by Dr. Paul Grande a local to Cleveland with over twelve years of experience in private practice. Dr. Grande attended John Carroll University and received his DDS from Case Western Reserve University's School of Dental Medicine.
