Director of Clinical Services
The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for direct management of the day-to-day operation of the primary care clinics and outreach services, Quality Improvement Plan, Performance Improvement strategies and the implementation of the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives. The position reports directly to the Medical Director and works with the Board QI, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Team and Staff QI to accomplish performance improvement goals and objectives. External Affairs Manager
Under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer, responsibilities include supporting the external affairs department through grants and donor management, fundraising, policy/advocacy, communications, marketing and events, and program development and implementation. The External Affairs Manager has primary responsibility for grants management and fundraising activities, including developing and implementing the organization’s annual fundraising campaign. Dental Assistant (Part-Time)
Care Alliance seeks a radiology certified, experienced Dental Assistant, who can demonstrate compassion, motivation, the ability to work with diverse populations, and the ability to work independently and with a positive manner. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with computer systems for dental records and digital x-ray, excellent verbal skills and ability to correctly transcribe dental terminology.
