Our Services
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Care Alliance offers services on a Sliding Fee Scale based on income. Services are never refused due to an inability to pay. For our patients who are below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level, most fees for services and co-payments for medications, provided by Dave’s Market, are waived.
