Information for Walk-Ins

In addition to our regular hours of operation, Care Alliance reserves a few appointments everyday for our patients who are very sick and need to be seen right away.

Whenever possible, please try to schedule an appointment first.

Patients with appointments are seen first. Walk-in patients are seen based on need and the number of no-shows for the day, not by number in line. If you are coming to one of our clinics as a walk-in, we will talk with you about your concerns.

Please note: There may be an extended waiting time for walk-in patients. We appreciate your patience as we try to serve as many patients in need of care as possible.

Downtown Clinic Walk-In Hours

Morning: Must sign in at the podium at 8:00 a.m. and should be at the clinic by 7:30 a.m. or earlier to reserve your place in line.
Afternoon: Must sign in at the podium by 12:30 p.m. Afternoon walk-ins begin to be seen at 1:00 p.m.

Eastside & Westside Clinic Walk-In Hours

Morning: Walk-in patients should arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Afternoon: Walk-in patients should arrive between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
